After more than a decade working in corporate finance, strategy, and business transformation, I came to a realization: The most important challenges leaders face are rarely strategic alone.

Beneath every decision, opportunity, conflict, transition, or period of growth are deeper dynamics influencing what happens next—assumptions, blind spots, competing priorities, identity shifts, and questions that don't fit neatly into a spreadsheet.

My career took me across North America, Europe, and the Middle East, leading complex initiatives, navigating change, and working within high-performance environments. Yet over time I became increasingly interested in understanding not only how organizations transform, but how people do.

That curiosity led me into years of study and practice spanning counselling, hypnotherapy, human behaviour, embodiment, leadership, consciousness, energy medicine, qigong, yoga, and transformational work.

Today, my work brings these worlds together.

I combine business acumen, strategic thinking, deep listening, and intuitive pattern recognition to help people recognize what matters most, navigate complexity with greater clarity, and move forward with confidence.

Whether someone is facing a leadership challenge, a major life decision, a period of growth, or an important transition, my role is not to tell them what to do. It is to help them see more clearly what is already present beneath the surface.

From success to clarity

I know what it feels like to achieve what you thought would bring fulfillment—only to discover something important is still missing. Early in my career, I pursued many of the things traditionally associated with success: leadership roles, international opportunities, professional achievement, and increasing responsibility.

Yet beneath the surface, deeper questions were emerging.

Questions about meaning. Purpose. Fulfillment. Identity. And what truly creates a life and career that feel aligned from the inside out. What I eventually discovered is that many of the decisions that shape our lives are not purely strategic.

They are human.

They involve competing priorities, uncertainty, relationships, values, aspirations, fears, and the stories we tell ourselves about who we are and who we are becoming.

The challenge is not always knowing what to do. The challenge is seeing clearly enough to recognize what matters most.

That realization led me to explore not only business and leadership, but also human behaviour, personal transformation, embodiment, and the deeper dynamics that influence how we think, choose, and grow.

Today, that journey informs how I work with others.
